There is no minimum purchase required and there are no additional charges. There is no guarantee of the number of spaces available for any given event.

There are two parking areas:
The basement has a 50 car capacity, all single parked.
The second area is the upper floors parking, P2, P3 and P4 have 110 car capacity, all single parked.
In total there are 160 spaces available. These 160 spaces are only available Monday - Friday after 6pm and all day on the weekends. During the week, Monday - Friday from 7am-6pm P2, P3 and P4 are unavailable and only the basement is available with a max of 40 cars.
The entrance to the parking structure is located on La Cienega. Each area has a separate entrance that are next to each other. Signs will be posted at the entrance to guide the guests.
Depending on the event an attendant may or may not be present after hours but our gates are automatic from the inside and access to the parking lot is accessible through the building's lobby that has a security guard 24/7.
- Monday thru Friday from 7am - 6pm the daily rate is in effect and is as follows: $3 every 15 minutes and $24 maximum.
- Monday thru Friday from 5pm - 6pm - $8 flat rate
- Monday thru Friday after 6pm and all-day Sat and Sun - $10 flat rate.
After hours parking entry must be arranged in advance.

- Payment is due at time of booking.
How long can you hold a date/time?
- Generally you made hold a date/time as long
as necessary, but while holding you will be susceptible to a challenge. If someone challenges your hold then you will
have 2 business hours to confirm or release, and
you will have to at least match the cost of the challenger's potential screening.
What do the different colors on your online calendars mean?
Foreground Colors:
Yellow - Soft Hold

Background Colors correspond to the rates.
What is a challenge? How does a challenge work?
- A hold may be challenged if you are ready to
book. If you would like to Challenge, then we will need a credit card form filled out and sent back to us to
guarantee payment. We would then give the people holding that time 2 business hours to confirm or release. If they
confirm, it is theirs and no charge to you. If they release, we will charge your credit card and it is yours. There
is no backing out of a Challenge, once we issue the challenge. If the Challenge is for a higher dollar amount, that
is the amount we will be paid. Either, by the current Hold, or by the Challenger. It behooves you to Book early to
avoid the possibility of having to pay more than you could have, had you chosen to Book early.
What is your cancellation policy?

Payment is due once a screening is booked, and there are no refunds.
At our discretion we frequently offer a morning credit toward a future screening for any Cancellations that are not last minute.
There is no guarantee that we will offer a morning credit. The decision is at our sole discretion.
Morning credits are for screenings that finish before Noon.
Morning credits cannot be used during Academy season (October thru December).
Morning credits cannot be used in lieu of payment for previously booked screenings.
Morning credits cannot be used to issue challenges.
The morning credit will be issued as soon as payment has been received.

SSG - Screening room policies
Clients:
- Clients and guests may not congregate in the
common areas (i.e. lobby, hallways, etc.) of the building before, during, or after the screening. At Sepulveda, no
one may use the security desk, tables, or chairs in the lobby.
- Nothing may be staged, hung, or placed in
the common areas (i.e. lobby, hallways, restrooms, garage, etc.) of the building at any time.
- Nothing may be leaned on the walls, or
placed on the seats at any time.
- To reserve seats, print your signage on the bottom half of an 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of paper. The paper will be folded in half with the top of the page going over a rubber band that will go around the seat back. The projectionist will provide the rubber bands.
- Access to the screening room for clients and
guest entry will typically be permitted 15min prior to the start of the Booked time. This time is not guaranteed and
it is based on screening room operational needs.
- Client and all guests must be out of the
screening room and entryway 5 minutes before the end of client's Booked time or additional charges for additional
time will apply. (For example, if a client booked 2pm-4pm, then the client and guests must be out of the screening
room by 3:55pm).
- Client and all guests must be out of the
building and all guest's cars must be out of the garage by the end of client’s Booked time or additional
charges for the additional time will apply.
- Food and drinks brought in by guests:
- Only bottled water is allowed inside the
Rodeo Screening Room and Wilshire Screening Room. No other food, or drinks are permitted.
- Guests may bring coffee and other
non-alcoholic drinks and snacks into the QC Room at 8670 Wilshire and Sepulveda Screening Room, as long as they
don't leave a mess. (No meals permitted.)
- Food and/or drinks brought in by the client
(for an additional fee):
- Only bottled water may be served in the
Wilshire Screening Room. No additional charge for client to serve bottled water.
- Drinks and food may be served in the Rodeo
Screening Room, QC Room at 8670 Wilshire and the Sepulveda Screening Room. Charges of $100hr will apply for the
duration of time that food/drinks are in the screening room, these charges start as soon as setup begins with any
food, or materials start being brought in, until everything is removed from our suite. (Note: If food/drinks are
served upon entry only and the additional food/drinks are removed immediately, a flat $100 fee shall apply.)
- Smoking is not permitted in any of the
buildings, parking garages, loading areas, or within twenty feet of any building entrance.
- Gum and anything sticky are not
permitted.
- Alcohol is not permitted, unless the client
has supplied Host Liquor Liability insurance, with proper endorsements to protect us from any possible
incidents.
- Bottled water may be purchased for $2 cash
per bottle from the projectionist. The client may have the cost added to the bill and paid later, if they choose to
do so.
- Space is available at each location for
receptions.

Movie Delivery Specs:
For electronic and physical delivery of DCPs and Computer files:
ExFat formatted drive. USB 3.0. A fast SSD is best.
Multiple file types are accepted. We recommend Apple ProRes 422 (HQ) 1080 as the most stable. We playback from AJA Control Room, or AVID Media Composer. Both of these can play back 5.1, or 7.1. If the file will not play from either of these programs, we use Quicktime Player and that is stereo only.
Audio - SMPTE standard (2.0 - L, R), (5.1 - L, R, C, LFE, LS, RS), (7.1 - L, R, C, LFE, LS, RS, LRS, RRS). Note: If you have Left, Center, Right, use the 5.1 track layout.
Audio Format: Linear PCM, 24 bit little-endian signed integer, 48000 Hz
Audio Details: 1.15 Mbit/s
