  • Everyone must be out of the screening room and Art Galley five minutes before Booked time ends and out of the building and garage by the end of Booked time, or the next quarter hour will be charged.

- Outside poster case TVs (x2) - $100 for each. (1280 high x 720 wide. Note: place images on their left side. The system will rotate to vertical.) Each additional image $20 each.

- Reception - $1,000 (Includes and pre and post reception.)

- Post Screening Reception - $250 (The Post Screening Reception rate will apply no earlier than 90min after the screening begins. Earlier than 90min will be at the Pre-Screening Reception rate.)


- Red Carpet / Step & Repeat option:


- Red carpet / Step & Repeat can only be delivered, set up, must be struck, and removed from theatre and city property during Booked time only. (No equipment of any kind may be moved into, out of, or through the building if a single guest is in the building.)(Fire Corridors and Fire Exits may not be blocked at any time.)


To piggyback on our City of Beverly Hills permit to use the sidewalk in front of the theatre ($1,183 value.) - $500 (Included in the Premiere Package.)(Requires a Full Sidewalk Closure to use the sidewalk.

Full sidewalk closure - $1,000 minimum (Requires two Beverly Hills Police Officers at $125 per hour per officer with a 4-hour minimum – Requires at least 7 business days' notice for the city to arrange.)

Red carpet and lighting in the rear of the auditorium

- Step and repeat (Client supplied and installed.) - $200 each

- Red carpet and lighting in the rear of the auditorium - No charge



Red Carpet / Step & Repeat on stage:

- Step and repeat on stage (Client supplied and installed.) - $200 each (Safety restrictions apply.)

- Red carpet on stage (Theatre supplied and installed.) - $100 (The Red Carpet will remain on stage during the entire event.)


Red Carpet / Step & Repeat in the lobby below the TVs:

- Step and repeat in the rear of the lobby (Not recommended due to available space.)(Client supplied and installed.) - $200 (The Step & Repeat will remain in place for the entire event.)


(Note: Any Lobby TV that is partially or fully blocked by the Step and Repeat - $100 each)

- Red carpet in the rear of the lobby (Not recommended due to available space.)(Theatre supplied and installed.) - $100 (The Red Carpet will remain in place for the entire event.)



Red Carpet / Step & Repeat on the sidewalk in front of the theatre:

$16 per validation. Which we will have at the theatre.

Validation are good:

- Mon-Fri 5pm till Midnight.
- Sat, or Sun from Midnight till Midnight.

Anyone entering before 5pm Mon-Fri will pay normal building rates.

Anyone leaving after Midnight will pay for another day. The after-hours rate is $16.

There is no minimum purchase required and there are no additional charges. There is no guarantee of the number of spaces available for any given event.

8500 Wilshire Blvd (Garage entrance on La Cienaga Blvd)(Lobby entrance on Wilshire Blvd) -

$16 per validation. Which we will have at the theatre.

There are two parking areas:

The basement has a 50 car capacity, all single parked.

The second area is the upper floors parking, P2, P3 and P4 have 110 car capacity, all single parked.

In total there are 160 spaces available. These 160 spaces are only available Monday - Friday after 6pm and all day on the weekends. During the week, Monday - Friday from 7am-6pm P2, P3 and P4 are unavailable and only the basement is available with a max of 40 cars.

The entrance to the parking structure is located on La Cienega. Each area has a separate entrance that are next to each other. Signs will be posted at the entrance to guide the guests.

Depending on the event an attendant may or may not be present after hours but our gates are automatic from the inside and access to the parking lot is accessible through the building's lobby that has a security guard 24/7.

- Monday thru Friday from 7am - 6pm the daily rate is in effect and is as follows: $3 every 15 minutes and $24 maximum.
- Monday thru Friday from 5pm - 6pm - $8 flat rate
- Monday thru Friday after 6pm and all-day Sat and Sun - $10 flat rate.

After hours parking entry must be arranged in advance.



115 S Willaman Drive - After hours and weekend only:
Up to 50 cars $500 ( 1 valet included for 3 hrs )
51 to 100 cars $1000 ( 2 valets included for 3 hrs)
101 to 150 cars $1500 ( 3 valets included for 3 hrs )

One of the four options must be chosen in advance. Extra Valet hours will be charged at $30 per hour per person.

Important FAQs

When is payment due?
- Payment is due at time of booking.

How long can you hold a date/time?
- Generally you made hold a date/time as long as necessary, but while holding you will be susceptible to a challenge. If someone challenges your hold then you will have 2 business hours to confirm or release, and you will have to at least match the cost of the challenger's potential screening.


What do the different colors on your online calendars mean?
Foreground Colors:
Yellow - Soft Hold
Orange - Hold
Red - Booked
Brown - Special Updates

Background Colors correspond to the rates.

What is a challenge? How does a challenge work?
- A hold may be challenged if you are ready to book. If you would like to Challenge, then we will need a credit card form filled out and sent back to us to guarantee payment. We would then give the people holding that time 2 business hours to confirm or release. If they confirm, it is theirs and no charge to you. If they release, we will charge your credit card and it is yours. There is no backing out of a Challenge, once we issue the challenge. If the Challenge is for a higher dollar amount, that is the amount we will be paid. Either, by the current Hold, or by the Challenger. It behooves you to Book early to avoid the possibility of having to pay more than you could have, had you chosen to Book early.

What is your cancellation policy?
- Payment is due once a screening is booked, and there are no refunds. At our discretion we frequently offer a morning credit toward a future screening for any Cancellations that are not last minute. There is no guarantee that we will offer a morning credit. The decision is at our sole discretion. Morning credits are for screenings that finish before Noon. Morning credits cannot be used during Academy season (October thru December). Morning credits cannot be used in lieu of payment for previously booked screenings. Morning credits cannot be used to issue challenges. The morning credit will be issued as soon as payment has been received.

SSG - Screening room policies

Clients:
- Nothing may be staged, hung, or placed in the lobby, concession stand, hallways, restrooms, or exits in the building at any time, if there are one, or more guests in the building. (Nothing may block safe egress and ingress, even for a moment.)
- Exit from a seat may not be blocked, if anyone is sitting in that row.
- Nothing may be leaned on the walls, or placed on the seats at any time.
- Only blue painters tape may be used to reserve seats.
- Building must be cleared of guests and reps five minutes before the end of Booked time, or additional time will apply.
- Food and drinks cannot be brought in by guests. Concessions are available for purchase.(Concession packages are available.)
- Receptions may be held in the theatre and lobby.
- Pre screening reception - $500 / Post screening reception - $250 (Insurance is required)
- Smoking is not permitted in any of the buildings, parking garages, loading areas, or within twenty feet of any building entrance, or exit.
- Gum, or anything sticky are not permitted.
- Alcohol is not permitted, unless the client has supplied Host Liquor Liability insurance, with proper endorsements to protect us from any possible incidents.
- Space is available at each of our locations for receptions.
- Smoking is not permitted in any of the buildings, parking garages, loading areas, or within twenty feet of any building entrance.
- Gum and anything sticky are not permitted.
- Alcohol is not permitted, unless the client has supplied Host Liquor Liability insurance, with proper endorsements to protect us from any possible incidents.
- Bottled water may be purchased for $2 cash per bottle from the projectionist. The client may have the cost added to the bill and paid later, if they choose to do so.
- Space is available at each location for receptions.
