ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
MISSION & OBJECTIVE To show off the HD capabilities at the Fine Arts Theatre and to give filmmakers an additional opportunity to screen in High Definition in Beverly Hills. This is a non-competitive festival of running shows with no winning categories and no winners. Admission is FREE of charge (except opening/closing nights) so as to encourage the public to expose itself to upcoming talent.

GENERAL RULES Films will be screened at the Fine Arts Theatre in Beverly Hills, CA, USA.
Most screenings will be projected with the in house Christie 2K Digital Cinema Projector.
Selected screenings will be projected with the in house HD DLP projector.
Films will be screened on the following formats:
Quvis D5 HDCAM
HD-SR
Sound formats:
Stereo Lt/Rt 5.1 Dolby E
Acceptable Hi-Def outputs: 2K 1080p 1080i 720p
Open to: Independent or studio films
Release date: New or previously released
Format filmed in: Film or video (SD or HD)
Format previously screened, if applicable: Film or video (SD or HD)
Each program will consist of one Short Film followed by a Feature, which will screen one time only. The Beverly Hills Hi-Def Film Fest reserves the right to change the number of films screened.
Food or drinks may be brought into the theatre for an additional charge. Alcohol may be served, only if the proper insurance is obtained or is served by Bartendergirl.com.
Parking Information
(Mon – Fri after 6pm and on weekends) - $2.00 with validation at the theatre
